If you’re visiting the Bulgarian capital Sofia, you might want to check out these two apartments I designed with inspirational CasuallyLuxe prints. Located in the city center, The Apartment & The Studio offer a calm, cozy and affordable experience in Sofia. Even though they are on a quiet street, they are also near all you need—right next to a central city park and near both the city center and the airport.
The Studio: Quiet Airbnb Stay Near the Park, Sofia City Center
The cozy turquoise-blue Studio is ideal for solo travelers or couples. Whether you’re visiting Sofia for work or leisure, it offers a peaceful stay in a highly convenient location—close to Zaimov Park, the subway, Sofia city center, and with easy access to the airport (about 15 minutes with no traffic). It is also right next to the Isul Hospital.
Affordable Sofia City Accommodation Near All You Need
The Studio is cozy and affordable; it was the first ever apartment decorated with CasuallyLuxe prints. Back in the days I wanted to create a relaxing environment with art and inspirational quotes that invite travellers to feel at home.
Since then, the prints were changed and sold a few times; my art prints rotated from the perfume bottle prints to the flow psychology-inspired designs (I’ve never hung IFS therapy prints, but who knows). Overall, I modeled it to be a calm and comfortable space. What helps is it is located in a new building in a quiet and connected neighbourhood.
The expandable daybed accommodates one or two guests The turquoise-blue kitchenette provides basic cooking essentials (no oven), Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, washing machine; it also has iron and hair dryer.
The studio is in a peaceful area, but at the same time the Airport and the old near Zaimov Park, Isul Hospital, and Oborishte Street—about a 15-minute walk from Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and the historic heart of Sofia.

The Apartment: Peaceful Sofia Accommodation Near Airport & City Center—Perfect for Work Trips or Slow Travel
Quiet Central Stay—Minimal, Calm & Close to the Park
A more spacious apartment in the same building and a former home of mine, the Apartment is also decorated with CasuallyLuxe prints, although more on the spiritual side. The place has two rooms, a balcony and everything you need for a short or long stay. It is right next to Zaimov park, also knowns as Oborishte park, as well as near the Doctorska Gradinka park, as you can see in the map.
Once again, the apartment is about a 15-minute walk from Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, and close to Kvartal—one of Sofia’s most vibrant cultural areas with galleries, shops, and coffee spots—as well as Oborishte Street, known for its excellent restaurants.
Close to The ISUL Hospital & The Airport, Restaurants Nearby
As with the Studio, you can expect to get to the Apartment for as little as fifteen minutes from the Airport, although traffic may vary. The Central Railway Station (Centralna Gara) is 7 minutes away by car. Our Apartment is also right next to the ISUL Hospital, as well as near Chabad Bulgaria.
